This Terms of Use Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") is a legal agreement between you (hereinafter referred to as the "User") and the Space Cleaner software developer (hereinafter referred to as "us" or "developer") regarding the use of the software. Please read and understand all terms and conditions of this agreement carefully before using Space Cleaner. Once you start using Space Cleaner, it means that you have accepted all the contents of this agreement and agree to be bound by it.
Authorization: We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the Space Cleaner software in accordance with the terms and conditions of this agreement.
Restriction: You are not allowed to reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, rent, lend, sell, distribute, or otherwise transfer any part or all of the software.
Album permissions: In order to perform file recovery and cleaning functions, Space Cleaner needs access to your album permissions. We guarantee that these permissions are only used for the normal operation of the software and will not unreasonably access or spread your personal photo content.
Photo Management: Space Cleaner allows you to manage photos, including deleting and adding tags for recovery. You have complete control over these operations, and the data is only processed on your device.
Privacy Space and Reset Information: If Space Cleaner provides privacy space functionality and requires password reset, we may request that you use facial recognition, fingerprint recognition, or phone password for verification. These information are only used to verify your identity and ensure that only you can access or reset your privacy space. We will not store the plaintext of these verification information and will only process them in accordance with the security standards of the device operating system.
Information usage: All information we collect (including but not limited to album content, facial recognition, fingerprint recognition, and verification results of phone passwords) is used for the normal operation of the software, bug solving, and providing a better user experience. We promise not to disclose this information to any third party unless required by law or necessary to maintain service security.
Update: We reserve the right to update or modify Space Cleaner at any time to improve functionality, fix errors, or comply with new laws and regulations. The update may be automatic or require you to manually download and install it.
Maintenance: We are committed to providing stable and secure software services. However, due to technical limitations and unforeseeable circumstances, we cannot guarantee the completely fault free operation of Space Cleaner. We will do our best to solve any problems you encounter during use and provide necessary technical support.
Disclaimer: We are not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of Space Cleaner, including but not limited to data loss, device damage, or third-party claims.
User Responsibility: You shall be responsible for complying with all applicable laws and regulations when using Space Cleaner, and shall bear any liability arising from any violation of laws and regulations.
Modification: We have the right to modify this agreement at any time and notify you through appropriate means before the modification takes effect. You should regularly review this agreement to understand any modifications made. If you do not agree with the modified agreement, you can choose to stop using Space Cleaner.
Termination: We have the right to terminate this agreement at any time and prohibit you from using Space Cleaner, including but not limited to when you violate the terms of this agreement, laws and regulations, or our service policies. After termination, you will no longer have any rights to use Space Cleaner, but you will still be responsible for any liabilities arising from the use of Space Cleaner prior to termination.
The interpretation, validity, and dispute resolution of this agreement shall be governed by the laws of [specific country or region]. Any disputes arising from or related to this agreement shall be resolved through friendly consultation between the parties first; If the negotiation fails, either party may file a lawsuit or apply for arbitration with [specific court or arbitration institution].
